The Centroflo is precision-engineering Stamping Centrifugal process pumps designed and manufactured to withstand the most demanding pumping application. Using advanced manufacturing and stamping technology, the Centroflo pumps are made from thick Stainless Steel Plate for Ultimate chemical resistance and durability.

The Superior lightweight construction and consistence in material quality has made Centroflo emerge as the preferred pumps over the traditional cast stainless steel pumps on weight, pitting and crevice corrosion problem. The inherent smooth metal surface allows the pumps to achieve excellent hydraulic performance.

The Centroflo pumps are being manufactured in accordance to ISO 2858-DIN 24256. All pumps have been designed to modular concept to allow high parts intercangeability to simplify maintenance and spare part inventory.

The General series fully conforms to the pumps standard DIN 24256-ISO 2858
All Pumps are mounted on the standard bearing assemblies given high part interchangeability to simplify maintenance and spare part inventory

DESIGN FEATURE

Volute Casing. Stamped and manufactured from high grade Stainless Steel material with foot mounting and vertical centerline discharge for automatic self-venting
Impeller. Both closed and Semi-Opened impeller are made of thick stainless steel plate to suite different application.
Gland Packing and Mechanical Seal. Available in Gland Packing and Mechanical Seal configuration, and material combination to suite various application.
Robust bearing Housing. Cast from high Grade Cast Iron for maximum stability and corrosion resistance.
Angular Contact Bearing. Heavy duty, self aligning angular contact ball bearings, widely spaced on shaft offer maximum stability and long life.
Back Pull Out Features. Allow the whole rotating element to be removed for service and repair without disturbing pipe works.
